Ingredients

  • 5 heirloom tomatoes, assorted colors if desired

  • 1 package fresh mozzarella (6 oz)

  • 1 tbsp Paducah Olive Oil’s Tuscan Herb Olive Oil

  • 2 cups mixed baby greens

  • 2 tbsp Paducah Olive Oil’s Traditional Balsamic Vinegar

  • ¼ tsp sea salt

  • Crusty Italian bread

  • Fresh basil leaves

  • Fresh cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Rinse tomatoes and gently pat dry. Slice each tomato into ¼-inch thick slices, starting from the bottom.

  2. Place mixed greens on a large platter. Slice mozzarella into thin pieces.

  3. Arrange tomato slices, mozzarella, and basil leaves over the greens, alternating tomato colors for a beautiful contrast.

  4. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and Tuscan Herb olive oil.

  5. Sprinkle with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper.

  6. Serve with crusty Italian bread on the side.
