24 chicken wings, wing tips removed and cut at joint
2 tbsp Paducah Olive Oil’s Cayenne Chile Pepper Olive Oil
1 tsp salt
Zest of 1 orange
Juice of 3 Cara Cara oranges (or any orange you prefer)

½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, 1 tsp salt, and orange zest.
Coat the chicken wings in the oil mixture and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in a 400°F oven for 45–50 minutes, turning halfway through and draining any excess fat.
In a saucepan, combine orange juice, honey, ½ tsp salt, and garlic powder. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the sauce thickens to a syrup-like consistency.
Place the cooked wings in a large bowl, pour the sauce over, and toss until fully coated.
