Spicy Roasted Cauliflower

A flavorful, spicy roasted cauliflower that’s crispy on the outside and tender inside. Using Paducah Olive Oil’s Baklouti Green Chile Pepper and Garlic Olive Oils adds a vibrant kick. Perfect as a side dish or appetizer for spice lovers.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 1 tbsp Paducah Olive Oil’s Baklouti Green Chile Pepper Olive Oil

  • 1 tbsp Paducah Olive Oil’s Garlic Olive Oil

  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces and place them in a gallon-sized ziplock bag.

  2. Pour in both olive oils and shake well until all pieces are evenly coated. Add more oil if needed.

  3. Line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup and spread cauliflower pieces evenly on it.

  4. Sprinkle with salt.

  5. Bake uncovered at 450°F for 15–20 minutes or until cauliflower is soft and starts to brown.

  6. Note: This dish is fairly spicy. Use plain olive oil instead of garlic olive oil if you want to reduce the heat.
