Saucy Balsamic Sliders

These juicy sliders get a smoky, tangy kick from Chipotle Olive Oil and Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar, perfectly complemented by melted cheese and fresh toppings. Great for parties or game day snacks!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef (80% lean, 20% fat)

  • 4 tbsp Paducah Olive Oil’s Chipotle Olive Oil, plus extra for buns

  • 2 tbsp Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced

  • 1 tsp adobo seasoning

  • 12 slider buns or rolls

Condiments:

  • 6 oz cheese, grated (Swiss, Gruyere, or Jarlsberg)

  • 3 small tomatoes, sliced

  • 1 small red onion, sliced

  • 1 small avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef with Chipotle Olive Oil, Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, and adobo seasoning. Mix gently.

  2. Shape mixture into twelve 2-inch round patties about ½ inch thick.

  3. Preheat grill pan or outdoor grill. Cook sliders for about 4 minutes per side, turning once.

  4. During the last 2 minutes, top patties with cheese to melt.

  5. Slice buns and brush cut sides with Chipotle Olive Oil. Grill or broil buns cut side down for about 30 seconds until toasted.

  6. Assemble sliders with desired condiments, place on a serving plate, and serve immediately.
