Prosciutto-wrapped Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 6 oz prosciutto, sliced and halved horizontally

  • 1 lb asparagus, trimmed

  • 1 tbsp Paducah Olive Oil’s Rosemary Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Working one at a time, wrap each asparagus spear with a halved slice of prosciutto at an angle, covering the entire length.

  2. Heat rosemary olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Add the wrapped asparagus and cook until the prosciutto is crisp and asparagus is tender, about 2–3 minutes.

  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
