Japanese Ginger Salad Dressing

A vibrant and flavorful dressing featuring toasted sesame oil, honey-ginger balsamic vinegar, and a zing of fresh garlic and lemon — perfect for salads or as a marinade.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup toasted sesame seed oil (available at Paducah Olive Oil Co.)

  • 1/4 cup white honey ginger balsamic vinegar (available at Paducah Olive Oil Co.)

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • Juice of 1 lemon (to taste)

  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed

  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, crushed garlic, and black pepper.

  2. Slowly add the toasted sesame oil in a steady stream, whisking constantly until emulsified.

  3. Adjust lemon juice to taste.

  4. Pour over salads or use as a marinade. Enjoy!
