Basic Balsamic Vinaigrette

A classic you’ll reach for again and again! This Basic Balsamic Vinaigrette is simple, fresh, and perfect for salads, roasted veggies, or as a marinade. Made with our Traditional Balsamic Vinegar and Tuscan Herb Olive Oil, it’s a quick pantry staple you can customize with any of your favorite balsamic varieties.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Paducah Olive Oil’s Traditional Balsamic Vinegar (or any balsamic variety you love)

  • 2 tbsp finely minced shallots or onions

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1/3 cup Paducah Olive Oil’s Tuscan Herb Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, shallots, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.

  2. Slowly whisk in Tuscan Herb Olive Oil until emulsified.

  3. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
