Ingredients
15 whole pitted dates
15 slices bacon
8 ounces goat cheese
2 tbsp Paducah Olive Oil’s Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with foil, then parchment paper.
Cut a slit in each date and carefully stuff with goat cheese (don’t overfill or cheese may melt out).
Cut bacon slices into thirds. Wrap each stuffed date with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Place on prepared baking sheet and bake 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through, until bacon is crispy.
Drizzle with Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Vinegar and let rest on paper towels for 2 minutes to absorb excess grease.
Serve warm and enjoy!
