To Reduce Balsamic Vinegar
Place balsamic vinegar in glass bowl. Microwave vinegar for 1 minute and stir. Repeat until balsamic begins to boil. Continue cooking for 30-second increments, stirring each time. Repeat until vinegar has thickened.
