Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts with Bacon & Raspberry Balsamic

Crispy Brussels sprouts get a savory-sweet upgrade with crumbled bacon and a drizzle of raspberry balsamic. Quick to make in the air fryer, they’re perfect as a side dish or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. (or 1 frozen package) Brussels sprouts – trimmed and halved lengthwise

  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (can also be cooked in the air fryer)

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon avocado oil (available at Paducah Olive Oil Co.)

  • 2 teaspoons raspberry balsamic vinegar (available at Paducah Olive Oil Co.)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with avocado oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

  2. Transfer to the air fryer basket and cook at 175°F for 5 minutes. Shake or turn sprouts and continue cooking for 5–8 minutes until crispy and browned.

  3. Transfer sprouts to a serving dish. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and drizzle with raspberry balsamic.

  4. Serve immediately and enjoy the compliments!
