Second Day Rice
A quick and flavorful way to give leftover rice a delicious Creole twist — ready in minutes!
Ingredients
¼ cup butter, cubed
1 tsp Creole seasoning
⅛ tsp black pepper
2 cups cooked long-grain rice
Directions
Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Stir in Creole seasoning and pepper; cook for 3 minutes to infuse flavor.
Add cooked rice, cover, and heat through.
