Second Day Rice

A quick and flavorful way to give leftover rice a delicious Creole twist — ready in minutes!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup butter, cubed

  • 1 tsp Creole seasoning

  • ⅛ tsp black pepper

  • 2 cups cooked long-grain rice

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
