Ingredients
2 cups shelled edamame (cooked soybeans)
1/3 cup toasted and shelled pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup UP Certified Olive Oil
2 cloves garlic
1/3 cup grated pecorino cheese (optional)
Sea salt to taste
Instructions
Pulse all ingredients in a food processor or blender until creamy and thick.
Refrigerate in a tightly sealed container for up to 2 days, or serve immediately.
