Chia, Blueberry, & Hojiblanca Olive Oil Smoothie

This smoothie will be a family favorite! Packed with antioxidants, healthy fats, and natural sweetness, it’s perfect for kids in the morning or as an anytime energizing snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries

  • 1/3 cup Paducah Olive Oil Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 tbsp spinach powder

  • 1/4 cup Paducah Olive Oil Hojiblanca Olive Oil

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Soak chia seeds: Place chia seeds in 1/3 cup Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar and soak for at least 20 minutes.

  2. Blend base: Add soaked chia seeds, Hojiblanca Olive Oil, and banana to a blender; blend until smooth.

  3. Add remaining ingredients: Add spinach powder and frozen blueberries. Blend again until completely smooth.

  4. Serve: Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
