Easy Shrimp Paella
A quick and approachable twist on classic Spanish paella, this recipe uses precooked brown rice and turmeric for vibrant color and speedy prep. Loaded with tender shrimp, sweet bell peppers, and peas, it’s perfect for a flavorful weeknight meal that still delivers the beloved crispy rice crust.

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Paducah Olive Oil Co. Garlic Infused Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Frontier Organic Ground Turmeric
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 cup frozen green peas
1 Tbsp Frontier Organic Minced Garlic
2 (8.8-oz) packages precooked brown rice
3 Tbsp chicken stock
1 1/2 tsp Frontier Pepperman or salt & pepper to taste
12 oz frozen medium shrimp, thawed, peeled, and deveined
2 Tbsp Paducah Olive Oil Jalapeño White Balsamic
Frontier Organic Seafood Seasoning (regular or low sodium)
Instructions
Heat garlic olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add turmeric and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Add bell pepper, peas, and garlic; cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in precooked rice and spread in an even layer. Cook without stirring for 3 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium. Stir in chicken stock, salt, and pepper. Spread rice evenly and cook without stirring for 7 minutes.
Arrange shrimp on top of the rice mixture, cover, and cook 3–4 minutes until shrimp are cooked through.
Drizzle Jalapeño White Balsamic and sprinkle seafood seasoning over the top. Serve immediately.
