Caesar Salad
A classic Caesar dressing made creamy and rich with garlic-infused olive oil, tangy lemon, savory anchovies, and a punch of parmesan. Perfect for crisp romaine or your favorite greens, this dressing brings restaurant-quality flavor to your homemade salad.

Servings: About 1 cup dressing (enough for 4-6 servings of salad)
Ingredients
1/2 cup garlic infused extra-virgin olive oil, divided
1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
4 anchovies
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
In a blender or food processor, combine egg yolk, lemon juice, anchovies, Worcestershire sauce, and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Pulse until well blended.
With the blender/processor running, slowly drizzle in 1/4 cup of the garlic-infused olive oil to create a smooth emulsion.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Slowly whisk in the remaining 1/4 cup garlic olive oil for extra flavor and richness, if desired.
Serve immediately over crisp romaine or your favorite salad greens.
