Basic Buttermilk Dressing
A creamy, tangy dressing that blends buttermilk, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar for a perfectly balanced flavor. Great on salads or as a dip.

Ingredients
½ cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons Paducah Olive Oil Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons any white balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon honey
1 small shallot or onion, finely minced
¼ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper
Instructions
Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl until smooth.
Alternatively, combine ingredients in a mason jar, seal tightly, and shake vigorously until well blended.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
