Basic Buttermilk Dressing

A creamy, tangy dressing that blends buttermilk, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar for a perfectly balanced flavor. Great on salads or as a dip.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup buttermilk

  • 2 tablespoons Paducah Olive Oil Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons any white balsamic vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • 1 small shallot or onion, finely minced

  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

  • ¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl until smooth.

  2. Alternatively, combine ingredients in a mason jar, seal tightly, and shake vigorously until well blended.

  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
