Total Time: 14 hours 25 minutes

Servings: 8 people

Ingredients

For the Ribs & Marinade

  • 4 racks (8 lbs) baby back ribs

  • 12 garlic cloves, mashed or minced

  • 3 tbsp Honey-Ginger White Balsamic

  • 3 tbsp dark brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil

  • 1 tbsp sea salt

For the Glaze

  • 3/4 cup Honey-Ginger White Balsamic

  • 3 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil

  • Toasted sesame seeds (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Ribs: In a bowl, mix balsamic, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, and salt. Coat ribs and marinate in a sealed container or zip-top bag for at least 12 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.

  2. Make the Glaze: In a small saucepan, combine balsamic, honey, and soy sauce. Cook over medium heat until reduced by half. Remove from heat and stir in sesame oil.

  3. Cook the Ribs: Preheat oven to 275°F and prepare grill to medium heat. Grill ribs for about 5 minutes per side. Transfer to a baking pan in a single layer, brush generously with glaze, and seal tightly with foil.

  4. Bake: Bake for 2 hours or until ribs are tender and meat falls off the bone.

  5. Serve: Garnish with sesame seeds, if desired, and serve warm.
