  • Total Time: 30 minutes

  • Servings: 8 people

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds ground turkey

  • ½ small yellow onion, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ teaspoon fine salt

  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 2 teaspoons Paducah Olive Oil’s Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon Paducah Olive Oil’s Chipotle Olive Oil (plus extra for searing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix together ground turkey, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper until combined (do not overmix). Form into 16 meatballs.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar, and Chipotle Olive Oil to create the glaze.

  4. In a large ovenproof skillet, heat additional Chipotle Olive Oil over medium-high heat. Add meatballs and sear until browned on all sides, about 10–12 minutes.

  5. Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 5 minutes.

  6. Remove from oven, pour honey glaze over meatballs, and swirl to coat. Return to oven and bake another 5 minutes, swirling halfway through, until the glaze is reduced and meatballs are glossy.
