Chipotle-Serrano Rib-Eye
Bold and smoky with a touch of sweet heat, this Chipotle-Serrano Rib-Eye marinade infuses tender steaks with vibrant layers of smoky chipotle and the subtle sweetness of serrano honey balsamic. Perfectly grilled and rested, these steaks deliver rich, spicy flavor that’s sure to impress at any cookout or dinner table.

Ingredients
1/2 cup Serrano-Honey Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 cup Chipotle Olive Oil
1 tbsp sea salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh ground pepper, to taste
4 rib-eye steaks (8–10 oz each)
Instructions
In a bowl, combine sea salt, Serrano-Honey Balsamic Vinegar, minced garlic, and pepper. Slowly whisk in the Chipotle Olive Oil.
Place the steaks in a large Zip-lock bag or a non-reactive container in a single layer. Pour the marinade over the steaks and massage it in thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, up to 6 hours.
Preheat a charcoal or gas grill to medium heat. Grill steaks to your desired doneness (about 4–6 minutes per side).
Remove from grill and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
