Ingredients
1 cup milk of choice (almond milk recommended)
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup organic frozen strawberries
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp Frontier Organic chia seeds (optional)
¼ cup maple syrup
2 Tbsp Paducah Olive Oil Co. Strawberry Balsamic
Optional Add-ins:
Baby greens, collagen powder, or any other supplements you like
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
