Growing up in a health-conscious family, opening Paducah Olive Oil Company felt like a natural choice.
As a child, we grew our own food and raised animals for meat. My mom baked our bread from scratch, and we drank fresh milk from the neighbor’s cows. From an early age, I learned that the most important part of living a healthy life starts with what you put in your body.
Discovering the world of olive oils and balsamic vinegars changed my cooking—and my health—forever. My husband, Michael, and I take a shot of olive oil and balsamic every evening, and we noticed the benefits within weeks.
It’s been a dream to bring a gourmet shop to Paducah, KY that offers premium olive oils and vinegars, alongside carefully selected organic and fair-trade products. In the future, I hope to expand into cooking demos, classes, and other offerings that support our community’s journey toward healthy, flavorful living.
